Return & Refund Policy

Clear terms for damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost-in-transit orders. Because our products are ingestible wellness goods, all sales are generally final unless an eligible order issue is reported within the applicable timeframe described below.

General Policy

At Solsacer, we are committed to delivering products in excellent condition and providing a fair review process if something goes wrong with your order.

Because our products are ingestible health and wellness goods, all sales are generally final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, personal preference, or orders placed in error by the customer.

Eligible Order Issues

You may be eligible for review if your order is affected by one of the following issues:

  • The product arrived damaged
  • The product arrived defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The order was lost in transit, where applicable

If approved, Solsacer may offer an appropriate remedy, including a replacement, store credit, or a refund to the original payment method, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.

Non-Eligible Cases

Returns, refunds, or replacements are generally not available for:

  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Personal taste, texture, or preference
  • Customer ordering mistakes
  • Opened or used ingestible products
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address submitted at checkout
  • Unclaimed packages
  • Customs refusal
  • Unpaid duties, taxes, or import fees
  • Returns sent back without prior authorization, if required

Time Limits & Claim Submission

To be eligible for review, claims must be submitted within the applicable timeframe below:

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: within 30 days after delivery
  • Lost packages: within 30 days after the estimated delivery date

To request a review, please contact our support team and include your full name, order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and visible damage, if applicable.

We may request additional information if needed to evaluate and verify the claim.

Refunds, Replacements, and Return Requirements

In most approved cases, we do not require the physical product to be returned before reviewing the claim. If a return is exceptionally required, we will provide instructions.

If a claim is approved, Solsacer may offer one of the following remedies:

  • A replacement item, if available
  • Store credit
  • A refund to the original payment method

Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Address Accuracy and Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Solsacer is not responsible for losses, delays, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information, unclaimed shipments, customs delays, import restrictions, or unpaid duties and taxes.

If a package is returned due to customer address error or failure to claim the shipment, reshipment may require payment of a new shipping and fulfillment charge.

Chargebacks and Resolution Process

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can review the matter and work toward a timely resolution.

Filing a chargeback before contacting us may delay the review process where supporting information is needed.
